The customer arrives at the kiosk and scans a QR code displayed on the screen using their smartphone. The QR code redirects them to the digital menu on their phone. They browse the menu, select their desired food items, and review the order, making any necessary adjustments. If everything is correct, they proceed to the next step.
The customer proceeds to the payment section, where they can chooses a payment method (e.g., UPI/Credit card/Wallet payment), and completes the payment. Once the payment is successful, the customer receives an order confirmation on their phone. Simultaneously, the kiosk's printer prints an order receipt with a unique barcode.
The kitchen staff receives the order details and begins preparing the food. They then send a notification to the customer when the order is ready.
After receiving a pickup notification on their phone, the customer goes to the designated pickup area and shows the order confirmation slip. The kitchen staff scans the unique barcode on the customer's printed receipt to confirm the order. The customer receives their food and enjoys their meal.
